To me, it is important to be in a profession that I enjoy and enjoy working in every day. I want something that has structure, but does not exactly involve doing the same thing every day. I would prefer to work in a big city because I like that type of lifestyle and the options it offers. Additionally, I would like to work in a profession that puts me in constant contact with people and communication and in a positive environment.
What is important in a college?
I would like to attend a large college in the fall of 2014, but most importantly, I want to attend a college that notices me as an individual and not just another number to their school. In general, a large school that takes the time to get to know me. I am not completely set on whether I want to stay in state or go out of state, but the out of state option definitely interests me more. I want to stay close enough to home, but far enough away that I feel I can have the full “going away to college” experience. I would like something that offers a strong program in whatever career or major I end up choosing, and something that offers several different options, classes, and career paths. Additionally, I hope to attend somewhere that offers dance, because a major goal for me is to be able to minor in that.
